The Milandora chalet is a family-run establishment and is located in a lovely sunny and panoramic position, not far from the pleasant centre of La Villa, in the heart of Alta Badia. The residence has 5 apartments, all furnished in alpine style and equipped with every comfort to meet the needs of our guests.
Suite
6 people
Our spacious and bright suite is located on the ground floor of the chalet, with direct access to the garden and offers our guests two large double bedrooms and one twin bedroom and two spacious and functional bathrooms, equipped with a washing machine. The living area consists of a large, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and a dining table with bench and a bright and comfortable living room.
Apartments 2 & 4
4-6 people
Apartments 2 and 4 are located on the first and second floors respectively. There are two large double bedrooms, one with private bathroom and one with a small terrace, and a comfortable double sofa bed in the living room, two bathrooms and a sunny, panoramic terrace in the living room. In the living area there is a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher.
Apartments 1 & 3

Apartments 3 and 5 are pleasant three-room units on the first and second floor of our chalet. They consist of a bright double bedroom with a panoramic balcony, 1 twin bedroom with the possibility of joining beds and a bathroom with shower. In the living area, guests will find a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and a large, bright living room with terrace.

Price per day and per person include:
WiFi access in every room of the house, bed linen, towels, water, heating, electricity, VAT, final cleaning and parking.
From 1st January 2024, the tourist tax - €2.30 per day and per person from 14 years old - must be added to the indicated prices. The tax must be paid on-site.
On your arrival day, the apartments can be guaranteed from 14:30 and must be left by 9:30 on your day of departure. Otherwise, a penalty of €50.00 will be required.
In our structure, smoking is strictly prohibited.
We ask for your understanding that we cannot accept animals.
Reservations are considered valid only after sending a deposit by bank transfer. We kindly ask you to pay the balance the night before your departure.
We accept cash or credit cards.
In the case of postponed arrivals, anticipated departures, or cancellations, the entire booked period will be charged.
In case of cancellation of the reservation, the deposit will not be refunded.
Due to the current Covid pandemic situation, travel insurance is strongly recommended. Third-Party Liability Insurance is mandatory to ski in Italy.

At the Milandora residence, the comfort and happiness of our guests is always a top priority! This is why our holiday apartments are organised to guarantee our guests all the services they need to make their holiday perfect. On your arrival you will find a large free car park for you. Our chalet is also located just 300 metres from the ski slopes and the apartments are equipped with a private ski room with boot warmers. Just 1 km from our chalet you will find the centre of the village La Villa with its clubs, sports equipment rental service and public transport connections.

Residence Milandora is located in a quiet and panoramic position to enjoy the peace and quiet of the Dolomites. However, in just a few minutes you can reach the centre of La Villa, the most central village in Alta Badia, where our guests will find bars, shops and various useful services. In summer, hikers can set off directly from the apartment to explore the mountain trails. In winter, on the other hand, ski enthusiasts can reach the ski slopes on foot, or a short distance away, set off for the famous Sella Ronda on skis.
